We want you to feel understood, not stuck with something that isn't right for you.
Our promise
If a digital guide isn't what you hoped for, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain yourself.
How to request a refund
- Email Xelor2016$@cryingfornoreason.life from the address used at checkout.
- Include your order reference if you have it.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Current status
Payment processing is not yet live. Orders placed today are recorded as pending and are not charged, so there is nothing to refund until checkout is activated.
