What we collect

- Contact details you give us: your name and email address.
- Order details if you buy a guide: name, email, country and payment status.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site securely.
How we use it
- To generate your personalised educational reading.
- To deliver anything you purchase and provide support.
- To send the newsletter, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the assessment is used so we can improve it.
Who can see your answers
Assessment records are private. They can be read only by you when signed in with the same account, and by the site administrator. They are never public, never shown to other members, and never sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed, access-controlled database with row-level security policies that block anonymous reads. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in readable form.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@cryingfornoreason.life. We will action deletion requests promptly.
